职位概要job summary: 负责公司计量器具日常管理、三坐标及常用量检具编程及操作指导书编制、项目质量管理。 Be responsible for daily management of measuring instrument, CMM programming and redacting WI of common measuring instrument, Project quality management. 工作内容work content: 1. 负责公司计量器具的日常管理，严格执行计量器具管理制度； Be responsible for daily management of measuring instrument, and carry out the measuring instrument management; 2. 编制计量器具的年度检定计划，并按照计划实施委外检定和内部校准； Redact the annual calibration plan of measuring instrument, and carry out outsourcing verification and internal calibration as plan; 3. 负责三坐标及常用计量器具编程及操作指导书编制，培训指导检验员和员工正确使用量检具； Be responsible CMM programming and redacting WI of common measuring instrument, and training inspector how to use measuring instrument; 4. 根据控制计划对计量器具进行测量系统（MSA）分析，确保计量器具的有效性 Be responsible for MSA of measuring instrument according to control plan, to ensure the validity; 5. 量产项目质量控制、分析和改进。 Mass project quality control, analysis and improvement. 6. 客户投诉的处理与改进。Handling and improvement of customer complaints. 7. 其他上级领导安排的工作事项。Other jobs assigned by the superior. 任职资格Qualification: 教育背景education background: ◆ 专科以上学历。College degree or above 培训经历Training experience: ◆IATF 16949、8D工具、TS五大工具、三坐标编程、VDA6.3、GD&T IATF 16949 Quality management system, 8D tool, TS 5 tools, QC 7 techniques ,VDA6.3,CMM Programming, CMM Programming 经 验Experience: ◆具有2年以上计量器具管理及三坐标应用经验； At least 2 years measuring instrument management and CMM programming experience ？ 熟悉计量法规与计量检定规程，有丰富的机械专业知识及计量器具的正确使用能力； Be familiar with measurement regulations and metrological verification procedures; Rich experience in mechanical professional knowledge and the correct usage; ？ 有汽车行业工作经验 Rich experience at automotive industrial; 技能技巧ability and skills: ◆ 质量5大工具的使用Use of five tool of quality ◆ 三坐标及常用量检具编程及操作熟练； CMM and common measuring instrument programming skillful ？ 熟练操作常用测试仪器，例如：三坐标、OGP(光学测试机)、扭矩测量机、清洗机和阅美显微镜 Operation of test equipment skillful，such as：CMM、OGP、Tangent Torque test Machine、Cleanliness device and analysis microscope 身体素质要求:Physical requirements: ◆ 无特殊要求No special requirements 态 度Attitude: ◆具有高度的敬业精神和责任感，工作态度积极，认真负责，具有较强的创新意识； High sense of professionalism and responsibility, positive working attitude, serious, strong sense of innovation; ◆具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力。 Strong learning, analytical, understanding, communication and coordination ability.
