任职资格: Qualification： 教育背景: Education background: ◆ 中专以上学历。 Technical secondary school education or above 培训经历: Training experience: ◆受过专业培训或者参加入职培训 Received professional training or participate in induction training. ◆接受过安全、5S、环境知识方面的培训 Received training in safety, 5S, and environmental knowledge 经 验: Experience: ◆有3年以上的模具保养﹑修理经验； With experience in die maintenance and repair more than 3 years 技能技巧: Skills: ◆独立操作行车、叉车等； Be able to operate cranes and forklifts independently. ◆掌握模具的基本构造，会看图纸；会模具日常点检，会模具的基本拆分； Master the basic structure of the die and know how to read drawings; ◆可独立操作磨床，会研磨模具； Be able to operate grinding machine independently; Be able to grind the die; ◆会零部件的交换； Master how to exchange of components; ◆会使用千人尺、卡尺等； Master how to use dial gauge and caliper. ◆具备复杂的故障分析能力，同时能系统的进行解决。 Have capability of complex fault analysis, and can solve the problem systematically. ◆模具基本点检、维护、研磨、拆装有指导培训的能力； Have capability of die basic check, maintenance, grinding, disassembly and instruction training. 态 度: Attitude: ◆认真负责，工作积极，有责任心； Conscientious, active and responsible ◆待人热情，吃苦耐劳； Treat people with enthusiasm and hard work. ◆具备开拓精神，团队合作精神。 With pioneering spirit and teamwork spirit. 工作条件: Working conditions: 工作场所: 模具车间和冲压 Workplace: Die and stamping workshop 环境状况: 良好 Environment conditions: Good 危 险 性: 有一定的危险性（可以控制）。 Risk assessment: Basically no dangerous situation and no occupational disease risk. 工作内容: Job content: 1. 安全 0 事故 Ensure safety, no accident. ① 每天现场监督巡查，发现安全隐患及时整改； Supervise and inspect the scene every day and find out the safety hidden trouble. ② 指正不正确的行为； Correct incorrect behavior. 2. 填写冲压模具修理、保养、研磨、按实际落实； Fill the table of repair, maintenance, grinding, implementation according to plan of Stamping Die. ① 每日每班填写的修理、保养、研磨单； Fill out repair, maintenance, and grinding tables each day and each shift. ② 模具预防保养、修理； Die preventive maintenance and repair. 3. 冲压模具安装确认； Install and confirm stamping die. ① 每次冲压模具安装监督确认； Install, supervise and confirm stamping die every time. ② 数据化填写明确； Fill the data clearly. 4. 设备操作按规定实施； Operate equipment as required. ① 行车、叉车、磨床作业按规定操作； Operate cranes, forklifts and grinding machine as required. 5. 模具故障分析对策 Analyze die failures and think about countermeasures. ① 每次对模具故障进行分析并对策； Analyze die failures and think about countermeasures every time. 6. 备品备件的管理 Manage spare parts. ① 每月安排对配件盘点，定期补充； Arrange for checking and replenishing the spare parts every month. 7. 现场5S管理 On-site 5S management; ① 每班整理好现场文件柜、计量器柜； Organize the field file cabinet and metering cabinet each shift. ② 每班设备清洁，现场整理； Equipment cleaning, on-site finishing each shift. 8. 完成其他交待的任务、配合其他部门的工作 Complete other tasks assigned and cooperate with other departments. ①日常指示工作的完成； Complete routine instructions. ②协助其他部门工作 Assisting other departments to work.
